Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Elite KC Transport's services or website. By booking a ride or using our site, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By accessing our website at elitekctransport.com or booking any service with Elite KC Transport, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Elite KC Transport ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), owned and operated by Giselle Hall, based in Kansas City, Missouri.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of our website and services. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Elite KC Transport provides private luxury ground transportation services in Kansas City, Missouri and the surrounding metro area. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Airport transfers to and from Kansas City International Airport (MCI)
- Chauffeur services (hourly, half-day, and full-day bookings)
- Long-distance private transportation
- Corporate and executive business travel
- Special occasion transportation (weddings, proms, galas, anniversaries, etc.)
- VIP private transportation
All services are subject to vehicle and driver availability at the time of booking. Elite KC Transport reserves the right to decline any booking at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where the requested service cannot be safely or legally performed.
We operate exclusively with professional, licensed, and insured drivers in fully maintained and insured luxury vehicles. We reserve the right to substitute a comparable vehicle in the event the primary vehicle becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.
All bookings with Elite KC Transport are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a direct confirmation from us — via phone, email, or text message. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee your reservation.
Your Responsibilities When Booking
- You must provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations, dates, times, and passenger count
- For airport transfers, you must provide your correct flight number to enable real-time flight tracking
- You are responsible for being ready at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time
- You must notify us promptly of any changes to your booking details
- You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking, or have a parent or legal guardian book on your behalf
Wait Time
For standard bookings, your driver will wait a reasonable period of time at the pickup location. For airport pickups, we allow additional grace time based on flight arrival and baggage claim. Extended wait times beyond what is included may be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated in advance.
Elite KC Transport is not responsible for missed pickups resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client, including incorrect flight numbers, addresses, or times.
All pricing is flat-rate and agreed upon between the client and Elite KC Transport prior to the commencement of service. Rates are based on service type, distance, duration, and any additional services requested.
Pricing Principles
- Quoted prices are final and do not include surge pricing or dynamic rate adjustments
- Any additional services requested after the initial quote (extended time, additional stops, special amenities) may be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before being applied
- All applicable taxes and fees will be disclosed at the time of booking
Payment
- Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation
- Payment must be received in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule before services are rendered
- All payments are processed securely through authorized payment methods
- Corporate clients may arrange invoicing arrangements by prior agreement
Elite KC Transport reserves the right to withhold or terminate service if payment is not received in accordance with agreed terms.
Cancellation by the Client
- 24+ hours notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund of any deposit or prepayment made.
- Less than 24 hours notice: If a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup — or on the day before the ride — Elite KC Transport will retain 50% of the total agreed fare as a cancellation fee. The remaining 50% will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
- No-show: If the client fails to appear at the agreed pickup location within the allotted wait time without prior notice, the full fare may be charged with no refund issued.
Example: If your ride is scheduled for Saturday at 10:00 AM and you cancel on Friday at any time — or on Saturday itself — you will be charged 50% of the total booking amount. The remaining 50% will be refunded to you.
Cancellation by Elite KC Transport
In the rare event that Elite KC Transport must cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances (vehicle emergency, extreme weather, or other force majeure events), we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund of any amounts paid. We will also make every reasonable effort to arrange alternative transportation.

Elite KC Transport is committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and professional environment for all clients. By using our services, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful manner at all times.
Prohibited Conduct
- Smoking, vaping, or use of tobacco products of any kind inside the vehicle
- Consumption of alcohol without prior written authorization from Elite KC Transport
- Use of illegal substances in or around the vehicle
- Verbal abuse, threatening behavior, or harassment of the driver or other passengers
- Tampering with or damaging any part of the vehicle
- Exceeding the maximum passenger capacity of the vehicle
- Transporting animals without prior written approval
Damage & Cleaning Fees
Clients are financially responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during their service period, including but not limited to interior soiling, staining, or physical damage to the vehicle's components. Cleaning fees of up to $250 or repair costs may be charged to the client responsible, and will be documented and communicated transparently.
Elite KC Transport reserves the right to terminate any service immediately and without refund if client conduct violates these terms or poses a safety risk to the driver or other passengers.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elite KC Transport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or related to the use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Specifically, Elite KC Transport is not liable for:
- Delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our control
- Loss of or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle
- Missed flights, meetings, events, or appointments resulting from circumstances outside our control
- Any personal injury or property damage not directly caused by our proven negligence
- Service interruption due to force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or governmental action
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as required by law. We make no warranty that our services will meet your specific requirements, be available at all times, or be free from interruption or error.
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on our website, we do not warrant that the content is complete, accurate, or up to date. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
Elite KC Transport does not guarantee specific travel times. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure punctuality, we cannot guarantee exact arrival or departure times due to factors outside our control such as traffic, weather, and road closures.
All content on the Elite KC Transport website — including but not limited to text, logos, photographs, graphics, page layouts, and branding — is the property of Elite KC Transport and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from our website without our prior written consent
- You may not use our name, logo, or branding in any way that implies endorsement or association without our explicit written permission
- Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting Elite KC Transport directly. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
If informal resolution is not possible, any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Jackson County, Missouri. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We encourage clients to contact us directly before pursuing any formal action. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through open and direct communication.
Elite KC Transport reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We may also notify clients of significant changes via email where appropriate.
Your continued use of our services or website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of our services.
