You can book in three ways: use our online booking form, call us at +1 (417) 598-8585, or email us at EliteKCtransport@gmail.com. Every booking is personally confirmed by Giselle — you'll always hear from a real person, not an automated system.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for standard rides. For special occasions, weddings, or long-distance trips, 48–72 hours or more is ideal. Popular dates fill up quickly — the earlier, the better. For urgent requests, call us directly and we'll do everything we can to accommodate.
Same-day and last-minute bookings may be available depending on our schedule. The best way to check is to call us directly at +1 (417) 598-8585. We'll always try to accommodate urgent requests.
After your booking is submitted, Giselle personally reviews and confirms every reservation. You'll receive confirmation via email or phone — whichever you prefer — with all the details of your trip clearly laid out.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled ride are fully refunded. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a partial fee. If you need to modify or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible — we're always happy to work with you.
Yes. If your plans change, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate the modification. Changes to pickup time, location, or destination can usually be made with sufficient notice.
No account is required. You can book as a guest through our online form, or simply call or email us. For regular corporate or recurring clients, we can discuss a preferred client arrangement for streamlined future bookings.
Pricing & Payment

Our pricing is flat-rate and agreed before your ride begins. Rates are based on the trip type, distance, and duration. There are no surge charges, no per-mile meters running mid-ride, and no surprise fees added after the fact. What you're quoted is exactly what you pay.
Never. Unlike rideshare apps, we do not apply surge pricing based on time of day, demand, or weather. Our rates are consistent and transparent — whether you're booking at 6am or midnight, on a weekday or a holiday.
No luggage fees. Tolls, if applicable to your route, may be included or discussed during booking — there are never hidden additions. Waiting time within a reasonable window at airport arrivals (due to luggage, customs, etc.) is not charged separately.
We accept all major forms of payment. Specific payment options and timing are discussed during the booking confirmation process. Corporate accounts can discuss invoicing arrangements directly with us.
Yes. We provide clear, itemized receipts for every booking — making expense reporting straightforward and hassle-free. Just let us know your preferred format when booking.

We operate a GMC Yukon Denali or Chevrolet Suburban — a full-size, premium luxury SUV that seats up to 6 passengers comfortably. The vehicle is maintained to the highest standard and presented immaculately for every booking.
Absolutely. The interior is vacuumed, wiped down, and sanitized before every booking without exception. You will always enter a fresh, spotless vehicle. The exterior is also maintained to showroom standard.
Yes — complimentary Wi-Fi and device charging (USB-A, USB-C, and wireless) are included in every ride at no extra charge. Whether you need to work, take calls, or simply stay connected, everything is available throughout your journey.
Our full-size SUV has a generous cargo area that comfortably fits multiple full-size suitcases plus carry-on bags. For unusually large amounts of luggage or specialty equipment, just let us know when booking and we'll plan accordingly.

Airport Transfers

We primarily serve Kansas City International Airport (MCI). We're available for all terminals, all airlines, and all departure and arrival times — including early mornings and late nights.
We track every flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver adjusts automatically — you won't be charged extra or left waiting. If you land early, we monitor that too and do our best to be ready ahead of schedule.
For arrivals, your driver will be at the curbside pickup area at MCI's Arrivals level. A meet-and-greet service inside the terminal (with a name sign) is available upon request — just let us know when booking.
Yes — please provide your flight number when booking airport transfers. This allows us to track your flight in real time and adjust your pickup time automatically if anything changes. It's the key to a seamless airport experience.

Yes. Elite KC Transport is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including early morning departures, late-night arrivals, weekends, and holidays. There are no time-of-day surcharges for off-hours service.
